Keanison Knives Terms and Conditions

Kensison knives is a custom knife shop.  As such we build a completely one off quality product built to the specifications of our customer.  Everything is handmade, hand rubbed, and hand finished to ensure each knife meets our high-quality standards. 

Refunds and Exchanges

As stated above Keanison is a custom knife company.  As soon as an order is placed materials are purchased, cut, and fabricated for each customer.  For this reason we are unable to refund any purchases after 24 hours of your order being placed. 

Keanison knives is dedicated to ensuring that each customer receives a quality product, so if your custom product does not meet your expectations please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive the product that you expect from a quality custom fabricator.       

Warranty

Every knife that leaves our shop comes with a complete tip to tail lifetime warranty.  If your knife needs to be sharpened, refinished, polished, or generally cleaned, just shoot us an email and we will set up service for your knife free of charge.  Additionally, if you receive a product that you are not happy with because of flaws or defects in the material or assembly we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. 

Voids and Exclusions

We stand behind our product 100%.  As such we ask that any service or alterations be done by our team of fabricators and not by the customer themselves, or any third parties that have not been authorized by Keanison Knives previous to service.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
